Registration is OPEN

Click Yellow “REGISTER NOW” button for registration. This will open a new page with a form to enter necessary details about your attendance to the event. The information we need in ordser to complete the registration process is tabulated below.

 

You may experience problems in opening the forms webpage for registration (security policies on your PC). If you have such problems please register by sending an email to the email listed below

For your convinience we have created a registration button that automatically create an email template for you with all the data fields we request. If this does not work (there may be security restrictions imposed on you computer). You must manually open your email and manually populate the email with the data we are looking for.

    • Mobile Phone number (remember include international prefix)
    • Email address
  • Dates
    • Arrival:
    • Departure:
  •  Accomodation
    • Where have you booked accomodation (see menu for accomdation information)
Aviation information:
  • Flying Club
    • Name of the flying club you represent
    • Country of flying club
  • Gliders you bring
    •  How many gliders do you bring to the event
    • Create a list for each glider:
      • Tail number (call sign)
      • Model/Type
